Our general process from the first point of contact to the final acceptance of deliverables, is as follows:
Step 1: Pre-client consultation a.k.a. “Making the Call”
You have an opportunity (project, program, partnership, grant, etc.) but don’t have the time or expertise to create, develop, measure or share the news about it. And let’s be honest, sometimes it’s a problem that needs to be resolved. Whatever the case, you realize that you can’t do it within the current capacity of your organization or, in some cases, you just need an objective third party. We encourage you to call Stezala Consulting at any point in the process and describe your situation.
Step 2: Introductory meeting and summary
If we mutually determine that your needs and our skills are a match, we will set up the first meeting or stakeholder conference call to gather more information and build a framework to address your situation. We will provide you with a short summary that you can share with other stakeholders such as board members, funders and staff to articulate the background, benefits and costs of partnering with Stezala Consulting.
Step 3: Letter of Agreement
Here’s where we spell out everything from the scope of work to the timeline to deliverables to data transfers…and any other work conditions. We are officially partners in your success!
Step 4: Work together
We will provide you with program planning and organizational development, assessment, and reporting, as agreed upon to achieve our goals. Your relationship with Stezala Consulting will deepen and we will become your partner in making “good ideas great!”
Step 5: Transfer of deliverables
You will receive all of the agreed-upon documentation, reports, presentations and such that mark the culmination of our consulting partnership. These materials are your documentation of the creation, growth, measurement and/or sharing related to your goals.
Step 6: Post-project support
As you transition away to other projects or the day-to-day operations of your organization, Stezala Consulting remains your ally to CREATE, DEVELOP, MEASURE and SHARE the success of your organization. Whether it’s to answer a quick question or to discuss a new project, we’re here to help!
